Greg Ford


greg ford bioMr. Ford has been involved in marine construction for over 20 years.

Greg is active at the national AGC level, currently serving as Chairman of the Marine Contractors Committee as well as co-chairing the Corps of Engineers committee. He is a past President and currently on the Board of Directors while also serving as Secretary/Treasurer of the MS Valley AGC.

Mr. Ford graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

In addition to spending time with family, Greg enjoys endurance sports and is an instrument rated, private pilot, along with serving as an elder in the Ebenezer Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Coleen Jamison

Corporate Secretary

Coleen JamisonColeen joined Inland Dredging Company in 2000.

She has progressed from secretary to payroll clerk to accounts payable to office manager, and in 2011 was appointed Secretary of the Company.

Coleen was born and raised in Dyersburg, TN and has lived here all of her life. She is a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she serves as a deacon and is on the music committee.

Rick Smith43 years in the dredging industry. Licensed, Professional Engineer.

Graduated from the University of Missouri at Rolla, MO in 1974.

Joined T L James & Co. as Field Engineer working from their office in Kenner, LA.
Advanced to Project Engineer, Project Mgr, and then to Chief Civil Engineer in 1981, managing the estimating and dredge production departments. Continued as Chief Civil Engineer after Weeks Marine bought T L James in 1998.

Joined Inland in 2015 managing their work along the Gulf Coast. Currently serves as Vice President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of WEDA.

Represents Inland Dredging Co. at Coast Builders Coalition, GICA, and Restore or Retreat.

Nathaniel C. Woods Jr

13 years’ experience working in the dredging industry, and served 23 years in the U.S. Navy

Past Safety Manager, Hydraulic and Rivers and Lakes Division Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company. Responsible for the administration of health, safety & environmental program for dredging /construction activities. Assists the Corporate Safety, Health and Environmental Manager in developing and implementing health and safety related policies, procedures, training, and awareness programs. Investigates accidents to determine causes and implements corrective measures. Conducts field/facility safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, USCG, and other regulations such as the US Army Corps of Engineers Safety & Health Manual, when applicable. Implements Incident and Injury Free work environment.

Previous Deputy Safety Manager, Wheatstone Project, Onslow, Australia and Project Safety Manager, Suez Canal Extension Project, Cairo, Egypt.

Served as Great Lakes Industrial Hygiene Program Manager. Conducted Field/facility hygiene audits foreign and domestic.

John DeBruin

Electrician & Automation

john de bruin bioJohn joined Inland Dredging in 2016.

He is a master electrician with eight years of specialized experience in marine electrical service and five years in management. He has completed Automation PLC and Hydraulic Training since being at Inland. He has also had a key role in instituting Preventive Maintenance program for Inland’s fleets.

John enjoys working as a team at Inland Dredging.

He is also a pastor at the church he attends in Mobile, AL.
